Allyson has been rehabbing me post hysterectomy and after years of working out I have never gotten these kind of results. What she has done for me since my surgery in December is truly remarkable. I feel like I went from high school to a PhD program in biomechanics. She analyzes everything is highly attuned and so smart. You can see her multiple graduate degrees informing her practice.
